About the role

Groviya Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Manager with 7–10 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is open to female candidates only. Location: Remote (Work From Home), with travel across India. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients across India. - Act as the primary point of contact for customer engagements and account management. - Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery. - Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. - Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across existing accounts. - Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions. - Travel across India to meet clients, build long-term relationships, and support business expansion initiatives. Requirements

- 7–10 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Development. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting, Staffing, or Recruitment industry is preferred. - Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to travel extensively across India for client meetings and business engagements. - Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts in a fast-paced environment.
